Arc Datarooms

We think the dataroom got billed backwards.

Legacy pricing taxes the activity a deal needs most: documents, pages, and external users. We charge per seat instead, so nothing about running the deal well costs extra.

What we build around

  • Built around the request list

A deal team manages a list of outstanding requests and revisions, and the documents attach to that list. Arc is built around it.

  • A complete record

A folder cannot capture what was requested, uploaded, and revised. Arc preserves that record and makes it easy to reference.

  • Pricing should not change how you work

When the invoice scales with pages and external users, teams upload less and lose documents more. Charging per seat removes the incentive to work outside the tool.
