Question 1

Do counterparties need an account?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but you invite them into your room and they do not sign up separately. Access is granted to their organization and scoped to that room, so they see only what their permissions allow.

Question 2

Can I take a room back after a deal falls over?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Revoking a counterparty organization's access applies at once and is recorded in the audit log like any other change.

Question 3

What happens to a room when the deal closes?

Accepted Answer

It is archived and becomes read-only. It stays readable for your plan's retention period and can be downloaded for your records. When the period ends, the room is deleted.

Question 4

Can two people work on the same request at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every upload creates a new version rather than overwriting the last, so simultaneous work does not silently lose anything.

Question 5

How do I know what a counterparty has seen?

Accepted Answer

Every upload and download is written to the audit log against the acting user and their organization, filterable by actor, organization, and date.

Question 6

Can I import an existing request list?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Importing an existing request list is planned and coming within the next month.
